1. Who we are

All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. We may correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions. Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.3. Original artworks
Originals are unique pieces. Small differences in colour and texture between photos and the real artwork are part of handmade work. Copyright of all artworks and designs remains with the artist. Buying a product or original does not transfer the right to reproduce it.4. Orders
An order is final once we have confirmed it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is no longer available. In that case we refund anything you have paid.5. Payment
You can pay with iDEAL, Payment must be completed before we ship, unless agreed otherwise.6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not fixed deadlines. If a delivery takes longer than 30 days, you may cancel the order and receive a refund. See Shipping & delivery for details.7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. See Returns for how this works and the exceptions.8. Conformity and warranty
We deliver products that match the description and are free from defects. If a product is defective, contact us as soon as possible so we can repair, replace or refund.9. Complaints
Send complaints to ruben_linden@live.nl. We reply within 14 days. If we can’t resolve it together, you can take the dispute to the competent court in the Netherlands.10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. This does not remove mandatory consumer protection from the country where you live.
